SERIES OVERIVEW AND OBJECTIVES

This six-part webinar series examines the growing role of AI in transforming business process outsourcing for local governments. With budgets under pressure, municipalities have increasingly turned to outsourcing back-office functions like finance, HR, and procurement. AI emerges as a way to optimize these partnerships.

Through real-world case studies, attendees will learn how AI technologies like intelligent process automation, predictive analytics, and conversational interfaces are making outsourced functions faster, cheaper, and more efficient. Experts will share insider tips for identifying outsourcing opportunities ripe for AI adoption, calculating potential ROI, and selecting the right external partners.

The series will enable government leaders to envision how AI can upgrade legacy outsourcing models to deliver significant taxpayer savings. Attendees will gain insider knowledge needed to pilot AI-enabled outsourcing in areas like citizen experience, transportation, asset management, and beyond.

As local governments balance rising costs and demands for better services, optimizing business process outsourcing with AI emerges as a powerful strategy.
